  • Testosterone replacement therapy will get you back to feeling like your younger self! If you decide to do hormone replacement with bioidentical hormone pellets, they will be placed underneath the skin through a quick painless in-office procedure. For females pellets generally last 3-4 months and for males 5-6 months. If you are new to hormones, the benefits usually start between 3-5 weeks as your hormone levels increase! If you choose hormone injections we will have your vial of medication shipped to your home from the pharmacy with needles and alcohol swabs for you to do self injections at home and is generally refilled every 10-12 weeks.

  • If you choose testosterone injections you will do those once weekly at home over the next few months and attend follow-up appointments to monitor your progress, address any concerns, and adjust the dosage if needed for optimal results. If doing pellets, you will come back in 5-6 months to be repelleted. Labs are usually done in 3 months if new to hormones, but once stable we will repeat labs every 6-12 months. Most importantly, remember, we are only a phone call away!
