How long will my vial last?
It depends on your weekly dose. Your provider starts you low and adjusts over time, so a vial stretches further early on.
Semaglutide comes in 0.5, 1, or 2 mL vials. Tirzepatide comes in 1, 2, or 3 mL vials.
Why does a vial last longer at the beginning?
You use fewer units each week early on. As your provider increases your dose, you use more units per week, which shortens how long each vial lasts.
What does a more concentrated formula mean?
Our medication is formulated so each dose takes less liquid, which means smaller injections for the same prescribed dose.
How does my provider decide when to increase my dose?
Every increase is planned and monitored by your provider, based on how you're responding and how you feel. Your dose never goes up without their review.
Why do other clinics say their vials last longer?
How long a vial lasts comes down to its concentration and your weekly dose. A lower concentration or smaller dose makes a vial last longer, so the fairest comparison is cost per dose, not weeks per vial.
How long does a tirzepatide vial last?
It depends on your prescribed dose. Your provider will tell you how long your vial should last when they set up your plan, and again whenever your dose changes.
Questions, answered
Everything people usually ask before they start. Don't see yours? Send it with your request and our team will answer it.
Should I start online or in clinic?
Either way, your plan is built and adjusted by the same licensed providers. If you live near Kaysville, Layton, Farmington, or anywhere in Davis County, the clinic gives you face-to-face visits and prefilled syringes. If you'd rather start from home, you can do everything online and have your medication shipped to you in any of the 21 states we serve. Not sure? Tell us on the form and we'll help you decide.
Semaglutide or tirzepatide: which is right for me?
Both are once-weekly injections. Semaglutide works on the GLP-1 pathway, and tirzepatide works on both the GIP and GLP-1 pathways. The right fit depends on your health history, your goals, and how your body responds, so your provider recommends one during your intake review.
How much does it cost?
Online semaglutide plans start at $149 and tirzepatide plans start at $349, priced by vial size. Your cost depends on the dose your provider prescribes. There are no membership fees, at the clinic or online.
Do I pay anything to request a plan?
No. Submitting the form is free. Our team will walk you through the next steps and pricing before you commit to anything.
When will someone contact me?
Our team reaches out during business hours: Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday 9 to 5, Tuesday 9 to 6, and Friday 9 to 1. If you submit after hours or on a weekend, you'll hear from us the next business day.
Which states do you ship to?
We currently ship to Alaska, Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Maine, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Utah, Vermont, Washington, and Wyoming.
Is this the same as the brand-name injections?
No. We prescribe compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, prepared by a licensed U.S. pharmacy. They are not brand-name products, and they're prescribed only after a licensed provider reviews your health history.
Is it safe?
These are prescription medications, which is why every plan is reviewed, approved, and monitored by a licensed provider before you begin and whenever your dose changes. Most side effects are mild and digestive, and your provider will help you manage them. Sharing your full health history on the intake is how we make sure treatment is right for you.
When will I see results?
Results are gradual and different for everyone. Your provider starts you on a lower dose and adjusts over time to balance progress with comfort. Taking your weekly injection consistently is what matters most.
Why am I gaining weight even though I'm eating less?
It's one of the most common frustrations we hear, and it usually isn't about willpower. Hormones play a big role in hunger, cravings, and how your body stores energy. When those signals are off, eating less alone often isn't enough, which is why a provider-guided plan can help where dieting hasn't.
